Exercise of the Day:

Torsonator Row Double

Secure one end of the torsonator and load it with weight to suit your strength.

Standing back-on to the torsonator, with your feet hip-width apart and one foot either side of the torsonator, gripping it between your legs with both hands. Sit your hips down into a semi squat, lean your torso slightly forward to engage your back muscles and straighten your arms to lower the torsonator to your knee-height.
Keep your torso leaning over and row the torsonator up to your chest, drawing your elbows directly behind you and squeezing your shoulder blades together at the top. Reverse the movement by lowering the row back to your knee-height and repeat.
A great back muscle strength and tone exercise that will never fail you.
Reps: 15 each or to your maximum (adjustable in app)
Equipment: Barbell, Plates, Towel, Drink Bottle
