Exercise of the Day:

Tire Sled Runs

With the ropes fed through the middle of the tire, grip both ends a couple of meters away from the tire, placing your hands at your hips.

Lean forward and run as fast as you can pulling your knees to your chest and using the tire for resistance, like a sled.
You've completed one rep. Turn around and repeat giving you some seriously dynamic and sport specific power training for your legs.
A great one for tone!
Reps: 15 reps to your maximum (adjustable in app)
Equipment: Truck Tire, Ropes, 10-15m Track, Drink Bottle Towel
