I interviewed Anastasia to find out more about her real fitness struggles and how she over came them to build her fitness confidence with my programs.
What was the problem you were experiencing before you purchased my 10W2Fit Programs & Meal Plans?
I have been a gym addict for years but was seeing no improvement or change in my body.
I was then diagnosed with two auto immune conditions and put on a lot of medication (including steroids). This made me feel tired and sick all of the time. I had less energy to work out and one of the side effects of the medication was weight gain.
I needed a solution to improve my health whilst also providing quick and easy nutrition options.
To get out of the food rut we had tried Hello Fresh food delivery, whilst the meals were easy there was no guarantee that they were healthy and we often got meals that we did not like.
I found the plan made my shopping and food choices really simple.
I also found the workouts were a great way to get exercise without having to spend hours in the gym. I really enjoy how I can do them anywhere, meaning when I’m away with work I can still get my workout in, or I can have a quick workout in the park.
Since starting on my medication the program has helped me feel better and have more energy. On days when I have felt sick and lacking energy I have been able to fit in the quick workouts which has given me a boost to be able to get on with my day. As the workouts are broken down into 20 minute sessions it is easy to motivate myself to workout even when I am not feeling great.
I have even got my partner into the food, he loves the Mexican themed meals especially the veggie con queso! He has joined in my workouts in the park which is nice that we can both get a good workout from the same regime.
Even though I haven’t been counting I have managed to lose 10kg and drop almost 2 dress sizes!! Along with getting defined muscles it has really changed my body shape!

1) Much more choice in meal planning – moved us away from basic and boring protein and vegetables.
3) Able to fit in my workouts wherever I am even when away on business.
