Exercise of the Day:

Swiss Ball Chest Push-Ups

Place your hands wide enough on the ball to hold yourself stable to perform a chest push-up & choose an option to suit your strength on knees or toes your.

Lower yourself into the push-up with your arms at a 90 degree elbow bend at the both with your elbows directly above your fists.
As you rise push up off your palms, adding a whole new feeling to your chest, shoulder and core muscles by placing your hands on the swiss ball. Repeat.
Reps: 15 or to your maximum (adjustable in app)
Equipment: Swiss Ball, Towel, Drink Bottle
