Exercise of the Day:

Static Row on Bench

Place one hand and knee on the bench, with the knee under your hips and grip the dumbbell directly inline with your shoulder, maintain good posture.

Pull the dumbbell to your armpit height, squeezing your shoulder blade, reverse the movement and repeat.
This will do beautiful things to your back, arm and shoulder muscles.
Reps: 15 reps each side or to your maximum (adjustable in app)
Equipment: Dumbbells, Bench, Towel, Drink Bottle
