Exercise of the Day:

Ropes Up & Round

Anchor your rope, gripping both ends and sit down into a semi squat with good posture.

Keeping your core activated lift up, out of the squat pulling the ropes up your torso in a circular motion, reaching out at the shoulders, round and down to the hips to finish the first rep in a squat, loading all your back muscles. Add a jump at the top, to achieve athletic back, arm, core and leg muscles quicker.
