What was the problem you were experiencing before you purchased my 10WRun Programs & Meal Plans?

Inconvenient having to actually go through recipe books takes time Lukes’ app ensures that I have everything I need whenever I need to access it which makes it much more convenient for me to access 100s of recipes and workouts at all times.

Biggest problem I was facing was actually having to come up with what to cook. However, with Luke’s program all of the hard work has been taken out of me having to think what I actually have to organise for the week including exactly what items I need to purchase from the supermarket.
I find the 10 weeks 2 fit really takes these issues off my mind and allows me to save allot of money through being organised.


Had you previously tried anything else to solve your problem? If so, what?

Probably the closest thing I’ve tried are different recipe books however find this program much easier as I always have it with me and it specifies the results to myself.
