What was the problem you were experiencing before you purchased my 10WRun Programs & Meal Plans?
Inconvenient having to actually go through recipe books takes time Lukes’ app ensures that I have everything I need whenever I need to access it which makes it much more convenient for me to access 100s of recipes and workouts at all times.
I find the 10 weeks 2 fit really takes these issues off my mind and allows me to save allot of money through being organised.
Probably the closest thing I’ve tried are different recipe books however find this program much easier as I always have it with me and it specifies the results to myself.
More organised and less worry about what I should cook, knowing what I have in front of me takes the worry out of what I’m doing.
It covers all areas diet, running and gym if you want to get the best results you must be targeting all of these areas.
