Feet On Bench Dumbbell Crunch

This 6-pack isolation exercise will never fail you for results.

Place your feet on the bench in a 90-degree angle and grip the dumbbell just above your forehead so you isolate your core muscles.
Lift your shoulder blades up off the floor into the crunch while pushing your lower back into the floor, then lower and repeat.
Reps: 15 or to your maximum (adjustable in app)
