Exercise of the Day:

Crunch & Twist

An effective way to define and tone your core muscles.

Place your finger tips lightly behind your head and elbows out wide. Lift up into the crunch, rolling your ribs over your hips with your shoulders off the ground and at the top, rotate your torso to one side to achieve beautiful muscle tone down your oblique muscles.
Return, lower and repeat on the opposite side.

Reps: 15 reps each side or to your maximum (adjustable in app)
