Exercise of the Day:

Bosu Lying Dumbbell Wide Row

Lie face forward with your chest on the Bosu, legs out long and feet hip-width apart.

Tucked your toes under and rest your arms forward, shoulder-width apart gripping a dumbbell in each hand on the ground. Pushing your chest into the Bosu, row both dumbbells with your elbows out wide to your armpits, drawing back your shoulder blades with your elbows wide at a 90-degree elbow bend.
Reverse the movement back to the ground and repeat from here. Bringing serious tone to your back, arm and core muscles.
Reps: 15 or to your maximum (adjustable in app)
Equipment: Bosu, Dumbbells, Towel, Drink Bottle
