Instructions
  1. Get out all your equipment & ingredients ready to cook.

*Note: all recipe instructional portion sizes are based on the 'original serving size'. If you have adjusted the number of people you are cooking for, simply adjust portion sizes accordingly as you cook.
  2. Separate the egg whites from the yokes (discard the yokes) and whisk the whites together with the fork until the whites are fluffy and forming small peaks.

    5 egg whites
  3. Place the block of chocolate up against a hard edge, or your hip and scrape the knife sideways down the block to make shavings. Set them aside for garnish.

  4. Place the chocolate and honey in the microwave friendly bowl. Heat in the microwave for around 30-60 seconds, until just melted (be careful not to over heat or you will cook the egg white when you mix it through).

    100g 70% dark chocolate, 4tbsp honey
  5. When the chocolate has cooled and the egg whites are whisked, gently fold the chocolate through the egg mixture.

  6. If you like a runny consistency serve it in 6 even portions now with the chocolate shavings as garnish. Or cover the mixture with cling form and place in the fridge to set firmly. This will last a couple of days in the fridge.

    Dig in & enjoy!
