Exercise of the Day:

Bands Push-Up

With your hands gripping the bands, lower into the push-up with your arms at a 90 degree bend at the bottom and your elbows directly above your fist.

Push back up, keeping a slight bend in the elbow at the top to complete your first rep, hitting the chest, tricep and core muscles.
Repeat.
